We were thrilled to be approached by the largest bank in the Middle East who needed to recruit 4 new global head roles and knew that we would be able to help.
All 4 roles (Financial Crime, Markets Compliance, International Compliance and Corporate Finance Compliance) were to be based in Abu Dhabi, but crucially the bank wanted candidates with solid FCA experience in the London market. Our challenge was to locate the best senior talent in the market, with the right experience, who would commit to the fantastic opportunity of working for our client in the Middle East. We quickly put together a tailored recruitment strategy, which included head-hunting from highly targeted UK firms, reaching out to our network for referrals and mining our large database of candidates.
