We are always looking to hire talent into the company, either into the recruitment team or support team. We would like to hear from experienced recruitment professionals, those wishing to move into recruitment and those with a strength in supporting the business.

We are Sevenoaks based and London focused so you get to work locally and enjoy weekly trips to London to meet clients and candidates.
Culture: Mark Holmes wanted to build a company that he would like to work in. This translates into an office that works extremely hard, allows for individual personalities and creativity, with office hours between 9-5 and no pressure to work beyond this. (You can have a successful career in recruitment and have a life!) You will also receive a generous holiday allowance with the Christmas period off.
We are committed to giving a significant percentage of our net profit to charity and each full time member of staff is allowed 2 paid days off work volunteering for the charity of their choice.
Oh, we also have fresh fruit in the office every day!

Infrastructure: To complement our entrepreneurial recruitment team, we have built a solid infrastructure by buying the best technology, market leading database, membership of REC, and a dedicated operations team.
