Associate Director: Operations
I manage Holmes Search’s internal operations, with hands on responsibility for finances, human resources and facilities. I also work with Mark and colleagues on developing the best Company strategy to match our aims and values.
I am particularly proud of our team profile. We have an excellent employee retention rate and we really are a lovely supportive working family, developing the careers of our own staff as well as those of our candidates. I’m also proud of the ‘tight ship’ we run behind the scenes – every penny is accounted for!
Candidate Top Tip
My top tip is to treat the ‘gatekeepers’ with respect. Not everyone does and it will be noticed and remembered. You never know what influence the PA or Junior has behind the scenes.
Interests Outside of Work
When I’m not working with Holmes Search, I run intervention groups for children who need additional support in primary school. I’m also pursuing counselling studies.
